Have you ever done a colon cleaning? I haven’t. My cross fit instructor (when I did that about a year ago) said they recommend that you do one every six months or twice a year. That you would be amazed at what you body was holding on to. My sister and her husband did one that was a cleanse and kind of a juice fast. She did hot water with real lemon juice, honey and cayenne pepper. I think they did it for a week or ten days. It was amazing. She did loose some weight and at first she was really hungry, but after a few days on it she really started to feel better.
She could really feel the toxins leaving her body. And even weeks after she had gone off the diet and back to regular food she had to be vary careful what she ate. If she ate too much or something that had a lot of sugar or carbs, she would be really sick. Like she had the flu for hours after. She had to be really careful for a while to introduce those foods in a little at a time. I was amazed how much this affected her and for how long. It makes sense with all the junk we call food these days.
